William H. "Chuck" Lyons, 65, passed away Friday, May 13 at Johnson City Medical Center.
The family will receive friends Tuesday, May 17 from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Dockery Funeral Home in Morristown, TN
Funeral service will be held Wednesday, May 18 at 3 p.m. at the Dockery Funeral Home.
